Since Sygic has been a part of Eurowag, we committed to fostering Diversity and inclusion as a part of our KPIs. We do realize we operate in a dominantly male industry. As such, navigating the workplace as a woman can be a challenge. To step up our game, we launched a women's network in May and recently held our first Summit.

We invited our CHRO Emma, Board Member Susan, and our recruiting partner Petra to share obstacles they tackled on their career journeys and their ideas on what would make our initiative more impactful. Then, our male guest - our CFO Oskar took over the stage and shared a personal story about how he supported his wife as she hit the glass ceiling. They emphasized the importance of taking charge of your path and supporting one another.
We also had a structured learning session where we dove into our strengths and career aspirations. Participants appreciated the open discussion about shared challenges.
Looking forward, we're committed to making things better. We're rethinking our culture, rallying more male allies, and refining how we bring in and nurture female talent. Let's work together to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
