Customer Care Specialist
Bratislava Full-time min. 1000 € brutto + variable pay
If you are a technology enthusiast and you feel comfortable speaking both English and German, we would gladly have you on our team. As our new team member, you will have the responsibility to resolve a wide range of customer requests via email or chat and provide a valuable feedback to Sygic development team.
• You speak English and German (any other language is an advantage)
• You are naturally polite in communication with customers
• You are passionate about latest technologies and mobile applications
• You are willing to help the team during weekends (occasionally)
• You are willing to step our of your comfort zone and accept new challenges
The people building our product usually don’t have the opportunity to collect feedback from the people actually using it. That's where our small team of 15 comes into play, looking at what our customers from all over the world struggle with the most.
